Hiring Now: Production Line Supervisor (Shift Lead)

Location: Tuas
Work Arrangement: 4-Day Shift Cycle (Day/Night Rotations)

Job tasks:

• Coordinate day-to-day production activities, manpower allocation, and waste disposal.
• Keep output on track.
• Maintain accurate daily production logs and reports.
• Uphold strong housekeeping, safety, and compliance across the line.
• Flag and elevate production issues promptly to supervisors.
• Mentor junior teammates and provide coverage during manpower gaps.
• Partner with Maintenance to resolve machine or equipment-related concerns.
• Train new hires to ensure smooth and effective onboarding.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity.
• Oversee raw material usage and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Lead or support SQDC meetings and improvement activities.
• Solid understanding of standard operating procedures and production workflows.
• Clear communicator, comfortable with technical terms and documentation.
• Experience guiding or coaching team members in an operations setting.
• Proficient with MS Office; exposure to SAP or similar systems is a bonus.
• Basic technical know-how for troubleshooting and problem-solving.

⏱️ Work Schedule (4-Day Week | ~15 Days/Month)

Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM

• 2 paid tea breaks + 1-hour lunch

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Pay: $2,700 – $4,000 (including OT + shift allowances)
• Shift Allowances: Up to $15/day (Day) | Up to $25/day (Night)
