Job summary

A consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Production Support Coordinator to manage inventory and support operations. Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, coordinating maintenance, and managing vendor activities using SAP and Ariba. The ideal candidate has a diploma in engineering or supply chain and experience in the manufacturing industry. This role offers competitive remuneration including a completion bonus and has a one-year term subject to renewal.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in operations support and/or inventory management within manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Ariba, and Maximo systems is an advantage.
  • Basic GDP/GMP knowledge and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels and coordinating timely replenishment.
  • Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance and calibration activities.
  • Coordinate with operations and vendors on quotations and purchase requests.
  • Support projects and engineering studies by preparing and organizing documentation.
  • Perform data entry for trending and reporting purposes.
  • Maintain and archive operational records in compliance with policies.

Job description

Role: Production Support Coordinator
Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Location: Tuas South Ave 3
Duration: 1 year (subject to renewal / convert to perm)
Salary: $2800 + completion bonus

Responsibilities
  • Managed inventory by monitoring stock levels and coordinating timely replenishment from vendors and warehouse.
  • Scheduled and oversaw preventive maintenance and calibration activities, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
  • Coordinated with operations and vendors on quotations, raised purchase requests in Ariba and SAP, and managed deliveries and goods receipt.
  • Supported projects, engineering studies, and non-conformance investigations by preparing and organizing documentation.
  • Performed data entry for trending and reporting purposes (e.g. LIMS results).
  • Maintained and archived operational records in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Carried out additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
