Job summary

A leading technology services provider in Singapore is seeking a Production Support Analyst (Level 3) to provide critical support for banking applications. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience, strong skills in SQL and Java, and the ability to resolve complex production incidents. Responsibilities

  • Analyse and resolve Level 3 production incidents with full root cause analysis.
  • Fix production defects and work with developers on enhancements and CRs.
  • Update Jira and Confluence with change details, investigation notes, and release info.
  • Collaborate with peer developers, platform teams, and shared service teams for code and solution review.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues escalated from Level 2 support and participate in service recovery activities.
  • Coordinate with testing teams to ensure high-priority defects are resolved promptly.
  • Participate in defect triage, code handover sessions, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Ensure regular and clean code merges to Git repositories.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of production fixes until successfully deployed.
  • Guide offshore team members and provide technical direction.
  • Support release activities and ensure alignment with banking technology standards.

About the Role

This role supports mission‑critical banking applications, providing Level 3 and Level 4 production support in a fast‑paced environment. You will analyse incidents, resolve defects, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure system stability for enterprise‑scale platforms.

Experience Level

L3 – 6 + years
