Role: Production Support Analyst

Job Requisition Number: IS-68526

Job Level: More than 10 years of relevant experience (L4)

Location: Singapore

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day to day issues including daily health checks of applications and processes, working closely with end users, development staff and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and/or mitigate outages.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of production problems, identify root causes and recommend solutions to resolve application malfunctions and prevent recurrence.
  • Ensure all incidents, incidents and changes are progressed efficiently and effectively to meet application service levels.
  • Help in identifying, coordinating and implementing initiatives/projects that promote efficiency and optimization of daily processes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and/or availability.
  • The role is part of an on‑call support team (on‑rotation basis) that ensures production stability.
Key Requirements
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
    • At least 15 years of Mainframe experience.
    • At least 10 years of solid CARDLINK (Credit and Debit Card System) hands‑on experience.
  • Essential:
    • Manage support requests, incidents, issues, and tickets to deliver quality service for end‑users.
    • Provide procedural and technical support to various teams.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Exhibit dedication and professionalism in all responsibilities.
    • Demonstrate attention to detail.
    • Communicate effectively across various channels.
    • Manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proactively identify and address potential issues to avoid outages.
    • Prior application or production support experience is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Expert knowledge and experience in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS, MQ Series, Ezytrieve.
    • Expert knowledge and use of Mainframe tools such as Endevor, File‑Aid, Control‑M.
