Job Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily production operations, ensuring timely completion of manufacturing tasks with required quality standards.

Ensure full compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and HSA (Health Sciences Authority) regulations.

Optimize production workflow to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and meet cost control targets.

Lead and supervise the production team, including training, performance review, and manpower allocation.

Maintain accurate production records and reports, ensuring full traceability of all production activities.

Job Requirements

Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, Biotechnology, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or TCM production environment, preferably with exposure to GMP and HSA requirements.
