Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands‑on Production Supervisor to manage daily production activities and lead a team of Operators and Technicians. You will be responsible for ensuring that products are built on time, meet quality standards, and follow safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations, including assembly, testing.
• Plan and assign tasks to team members based on production schedules.
• Monitor work progress and ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
• Ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
• Guide and support team members, including training and coaching where needed.
• Solve basic production issues and work with other departments to fix problems.
• Keep the production area clean, safe, and well‑organized.
• Check equipment and tools to make sure they are working properly.
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Materials teams.
• Keep simple records and reports on production activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production role, with some leadership or supervisory experience.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to solve problems and work under pressure.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of basic safety and quality standards.
