Production Supervisor/ Line Leader (Semicon Manufacturing) - 5 days, AWS & Bonus

Lead team of 40 - 50 technician and operator

Supervise daily production activities, including assembly, testing, and first article builds

Plan schedules, assign tasks, and make sure work is completed on time and meets quality standards

Train and guide production staff while promoting teamwork and continuous improvement

Monitor equipment and processes to ensure safety, efficiency, and high product quality

Work with other departments to solve production problems and improve processes

Keep track of inventory, maintain production records, and analyze performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirement

• ✔️ Possess at least Nitec/Higher Nitec or relevant field
• ✔️ Relevant leadership experience in semicon industry will have added advantage
