- Plan production schedules based on orders and inventory levels.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure safety and cleanliness in the production area.
- Maintain records for production output, wastage, and inventory.
- Assist in training and guiding production workers.
- Ensure compliance with SFA/NEA food safety standards.
- Report equipment issues or breakdowns promptly.
