About The Opportunity
We continue to grow and expand our operations, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Production Supervisor to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves coffee, pays attention to detail, and enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll play an important role in overseeing daily manpower allocation, facility maintenance, and ensuring smooth production operations. This role focuses on managing workers’ schedules, assigning tasks, coordinating overtime, and ensuring work is carried out efficiently and safely according to production requirements.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and assign daily work tasks to production staff based on production schedules and manpower availability
  • Monitor attendance, arrange shift coverage, and manage overtime requirements
  • Ensure production targets are met within the allocated time and manpower
  • Supervise and guide production operators to maintain work quality and productivity
  • Communicate closely with the Production Scheduler on manpower planning and operational updates
  • Oversee and manage facility maintenance activities to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
  • Coordinate with maintenance and external contractors for repair and servicing works
  • Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations
  • Assist in on-the-job training for new or transferred employees
  • Prepare simple reports on manpower deployment, attendance, and overtime summary
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and workplace efficiency
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role in a production environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Good organizational and planning abilities.
  • Knowledge of basic facility maintenance will be an advantage.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple manpower arrangements.
