Job summary

The Vine Search in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead the bar bending shopfloor. You will supervise bar bending/cutting operations, plan manpower and materials ahead of critical activities, and resolve production and safety issues on the spot.

Must have a Diploma in engineering and production supervision experience; rotating day/night shifts required. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential, and WS/H Lifting Supervisor certs are a bonus.

Our client, an established steel fabrication company, is looking for a hands‑on Production Supervisor to lead their bar bending shopfloor.

You’ll

• Supervise bar bending/cutting operations and ensure works match approved drawings & schedules
• Plan manpower, materials & equipment ahead of critical activities
• Catch and resolve production, quality & safety issues on the spot
• Run quality checks and uphold safety standards

You have

• Diploma in engineering
• Production supervision experience (manufacturing/steel fabrication a plus)
• Manpower planning & team supervision background
