About the Role

Join our growing plant-based food manufacturing team as a Production Supervisor! You’ll oversee daily production operations, lead a team of production staff, and ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in line with GMP and HACCP guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to achieve output and quality targets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate production staff to ensure adherence to GMP/HACCP standards.
  • Monitor production schedules, manpower deployment, and workflow efficiency.
  • Oversee equipment operation, maintenance, and sanitation processes.
  • Conduct in-process checks to ensure product quality and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of production output, yields, and downtime.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Always enforce safety and hygiene protocols.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Higher Nitec in Food Science, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food or beverage manufacturing, with supervisory exposure.
  • Strong understanding of GMP and HACCP standards.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work shifts or weekends if required.
