Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production activities, including assembly, testing, First Article build (FA).
• Plan and organize production schedules, assigning tasks and priorities to production teams.
• Monitor production processes and equipment, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Train and mentor production staff, Production Lead, providing guidance, feedback, and support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with production schedules, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective action.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Conduct regular inspections of production areas and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods, coordinating with supply chain and logistics teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and maintenance teams to resolve production-related issues and implement process improvements.
• Analyse production data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Communicate production goals, expectations, and performance metrics to production teams.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among production staff.
