Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Supervisor in achieving manufacturing targets while maintaining workplace safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Support plant commissioning, start-up, shutdown, and production activities to ensure safe and smooth operations.
• Conduct production operations, perform quality checks, and carry out minor plant maintenance to meet production schedule, product quality, and cost objectives.
• Perform field inspections, sample collection, and data recording to support plant reliability and operational efficiency.
• Participate in the Emergency Response Team, including emergency training and execution of emergency countermeasures.
• Comply with Health, Safety & Environment policies and participate in HSE activities to strengthen workplace safety, health, and environmental protection.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with supervisors, internal teams, and relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare regular production and quality reports.
• Document operational activities, including site inspections, maintenance logs, and technical issues.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• GCE ‘O’ level with credits in Science/Technical subjects, or NITEC (NTC 2) in Chemical Process, Mechanical Fitting, Electrical Fitting & Installation, or Electronics.
• Entry level candidates are welcomed to apply.
