Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a production planning role. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating with teams, and ensuring compliance with standards.   • Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in planning, preferably with production planning experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage production schedules based on demand forecasts and resource availability.
  • Collaborate with project leaders and planners to prioritize work.
  • Handle material and production planning including requisition of materials.
  • Confirm orders based on the availability of materials and capacity.
  • Coordinate with purchasing teams to manage material deliveries.
  • Monitor material availability to ensure uninterrupted production.
  • Ensure timely closure of production orders.
  • Maintain compliance with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards.

  • Handle material and production planning, including the requisition of materials and updating of Bill of Materials (BOM) or implementing design changes.
  • Confirm orders based on the availability of materials and production capacity.
  • Coordinate with purchasing teams to plan and manage material deliveries, preventing excess inventory buildup.
  • Monitor material availability to ensure uninterrupted production.
  • Ensure the timely closure of production orders to facilitate invoicing.
  • Maintain compliance with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in planning, preferably with production planning experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing Industry
