Job summary

Swift Search Global Pte Ltd, a well-established manufacturer, is seeking a Production Coordinator to support daily production activities at Jalan Buroh, Singapore. You will create and manage ERP work orders, monitor progress, and ensure orders are completed on time through close collaboration with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Quality teams.

The role emphasizes planning support, material readiness, data accuracy, and reporting.

Qualifications

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Production Coordination, Production Planning, Operations Support, Manufacturing Administration, or Supply Chain Coordination.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, engineering, precision engineering, or industrial environments is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems; SAP experience is highly advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth execution of production schedules and customer orders.
• Create, release, and maintain production work orders within the ERP system.
• Monitor production progress and follow up with relevant departments to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Quality teams on operational requirements.
• Support production planning activities and assist in managing production schedules.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure production readiness.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
• Track and follow up on outstanding work orders and ensure timely closure upon completion.
• Support inventory control activities, stock reconciliation, and data accuracy where required.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives and operational projects.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Operations team.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
