Main Responsibilities

• Design and implement shop floor scheduling strategies to maximize throughput and meet production targets.
• Set monthly Work-In-Progress (WIP) levels to hit global targets for inventory "days-on-hand," covering everything from raw ingots to finished goods.
• Conduct time studies to determine equipment capacity, taking into account material flow and process variations.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve material flow; adjust plans dynamically based on changing customer specifications or yield variations.
• Manage the specialized scheduling of ingot growth based on product mix and coordinate international deliveries to other company sites.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering.
• Come from a Semiconductor or Manufacturing background.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing logistics and product costing.
• Advanced PC skills are required.
• Proficiency in C++ and Excel VBA (Visual Basic) is a significant advantage.
