Job summary

ADECCO Personnel Pte Ltd is hiring for a hands-on operator in a leading semiconductor manufacturing environment in Singapore. You will join structured training programs and work with industry-standard processes to gain practical experience in cleanroom operations and precision manufacturing.

The role involves operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment, handling materials, and following safety SOPs. Candidates should be comfortable with 12-hour rotating shifts and able to perform manual

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N/O Level or relevant work experience.
• Basic computer skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to perform manual handling tasks and operate in a cleanroom environment.

• Operate and monitor semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Load/unload materials and follow SOPs for Material & Lot Handling.
• Work in a cleanroom environment while complying with safety and PPE requirements.
• Handle, count, pack, and transfer materials using carts and trolleys.
• Support material staging, tracking, movement, and general production activities.

• Able to perform manual handling duties, including lifting materials of up to approximately 15kg in accordance with workplace safety guidelines.
• Basic computer skills are an advantage.
