Production Operator (Manufacturing)

Location: Tuas, Singapore
(Free company shuttle from Choa Chu Kang & Joo Koon MRT stations)

• Workweek Options: 4-Day | 5-Day | 6-Day

• Shift Patterns:

  • Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM

  • Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM

  • *(All shifts include a 1-hour meal break and two paid 15-minute rest breaks)*

Your Role & Responsibilities

In this role, you will be essential to our daily operations. Your core tasks will include:

• Operating automated machinery and production equipment safely.

• Monitoring product quality to ensure high standards are met.

• Accurately recording simple production data.

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace.

• Following standard procedures to ensure consistent output.

Your Earnings:

• Basic Salary: $2,500 – $3,300 per month (based on experience)

• Extra Income: Night shift allowance (up to $25/night) + overtime opportunities

• Annual Rewards: 13th-month salary + performance bonus (typically 1-2 months)
