Job summary

A leading F&B company in Singapore is seeking candidates for general production roles. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. Candidates will work primarily night shifts with a flexible schedule possible. The ideal candidate should have a Food Safety and Hygiene Level 1 certificate, or the company will arrange the training. A contract of 1 year is offered, with the possibility of renewal.

Summary

The Role

• Carry out general production tasks to maintain quality standards and ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Operate cooking equipment and prepare ingredients in accordance with established procedures.
• Inspect and verify the quality of raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen areas.
• Comply with safety regulations, BRCGS, SFA, and company standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times
• Report any issues to supervisors and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Able to work primarily night shifts (7pm–4am), with flexibility for morning (8am–5pm) or afternoon (12pm–9pm) shifts.
• Have a Food Safety and Hygiene Level 1 certificate (else, company will arrange the course for you)
