A well-established oil & gas manufacturing company is seeking a Production Operator / Forklift Driver in Singapore. The role involves manual handling of polymer bales, assisting in production tasks, and maintaining safety protocols. Candidates must have 1-3 years of relevant experience and a forklift license. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work under pressure in a team environment. Salary starts at $1600 with OT and bonuses.

Qualifications

• At least 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in the Production / Manufacturing field.
• Basic reading, writing, and communication in English.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Must be willing to do physical work in the field.

Responsibilities

• Manual handling of polymer bale and transferring it onto the conveyor.
• Taking samples from Paratone holding tank.
• Assisting the Lead Operator with month-end stock count.
• Working at height to install portable level probe.
• Decanting additives from drum into storage tank.

Position: Production Operator / Fortlift Driver

Working Location: Near Boon Lay

Working Days: Monday – Friday (8am-5pm ) / Monday - Saturday (7:15am-3:15pm / 3:00pm-10:30PM)

Salary Package: $1600+ OT + Bonus

Industry: Well-established oil & Gas Manufacturing Company

Job Responsibilities

• Manual handling of the polymer bale and transfer the bale onto the conveyor
• Taking samples from Paratone holding tank
• To send sample to Lab for testing
• To assist the Lead Operator to carry out month-end stock count
• To assist on the loading of Paratone to Isotank
• Work at height on the isotank top to install portable level probe, open and closing of the top hatch cover, monitoring of the filling level, etc
• Decanting of additive from drum into storage tank
• Draining of Paratone from tank into IBC
• To assist the Lead Operator in operating the hot oil heater
• To assist LOBP sampling request
• Any other duties that may be assigned by lead Operator
• Unloading of polymer and transfer to storage
• Loading of empty packaging – wooden pallet, cardboard into lorry for disposal
• To support fuel, maintenance and TTLR adhoc request for forklift

Job Requirements

• At least 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in the Production / Manufacturing field
• Basic reading, writing, and communication in English
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Ability to work well in a team environment and demonstrate punctuality.
• Basic understanding of automation equipment, pneumatics, instruments, etc
• Must be willing to do physical work in the field, climb tanks, handle polymers, etc
• Forklift license and willingness to attend external forklift course
