Job summary

BEECRUIT PTE. LTD. is hiring a Food Production Operator to operate noodle-making machines, ensure product specs, and maintain a clean, safe production area in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires basic Chinese communication, physical stamina, and willingness to work overtime. Compensation includes allowances and OT, with up to SGD 2,800 monthly potential earnings.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding work.

• Basic machine operation or troubleshooting experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate noodle-making machines and adjust settings according to product requirements.
• Control noodle thickness and weight according to production specifications.
• Add starch/flour during the production process as required.
• Perform daily cleaning and basic maintenance of machinery.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting when required.
• Ensure the production area is clean, safe and orderly.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
• Work closely with the production team to maintain smooth and consistent operations.

Food Production Operator

Basic Salary: Up to $2,100/month + Allowances & OT
Potential Monthly Earnings: Up to $2,800
Singaporeans & PRs Only

Working Location: 54 Woodlands Terrace

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, or until completion of work

• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM, with additional hours as required

• Sunday: Rest Day

• Overtime paid at 1.5x applicable rate

Job Responsibilities

• Operate noodle-making machines and adjust settings according to product requirements.

• Control noodle thickness and weight according to production specifications.

• Add starch/flour during the production process as required.

• Perform daily cleaning and basic maintenance of machinery.

• Carry out basic troubleshooting when required.

Job Requirements

• Singaporean or Singapore PR.

• Able to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding work.

• Able to carry loads of up to 25kg.

• Basic Chinese communication skills to understand production and safety instructions.

• Basic machine operation or troubleshooting experience is an advantage.

• Experience in food production, manufacturing or similar environments is preferred but not essential.

• Responsible, hardworking and a good team player.

• Willing to work overtime when required.

• Able to maintain good personal hygiene and comply with food production hygiene requirements.

• Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary up to $2,100/month

• Fixed OT allowance: $150/month

• Transport allowance: $350/month

• Monthly variable component: $200/month

• Overtime paid at 1.5x applicable rate

• AWS + Variable Bonus, pro-rated and subject to company policy and individual performance

• Annual Leave: 7 days

Additional Information

This is a hands-on production role involving machine operation, prolonged standing and manual handling of materials. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced food production environment and following food safety and hygiene standards.
