Production Operator (Permanent Morning Shift / Cleanroom Environment)

📍 Location: West Singapore

About the Role

A global medical technology manufacturer is hiring dedicated Production Operators to join their high-precision production team. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable working in a cleanroom environment. You’ll play a key role in producing high-quality medical devices that meet global standards of safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment to meet daily output and quality targets.
• Assemble products following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing flow.
• Ensure full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
• Adhere strictly to cleanroom protocols and safety procedures, including proper gowning requirements.
• Identify and report any process, material, or equipment issues to the Production Leader for immediate action.
• Maintain accurate and complete production records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and quality.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.

• Good understanding of manufacturing or assembly processes preferred.
• Able to work in a structured, quality-driven setting.

• Rotational or permanent morning shift available.
• Overtime is optional; night shift allowance applicable.

Compensation & Incentives

• Basic Salary: $1,850/month
• Hardship Allowance: for cleanroom jumpsuit requirement
• Performance Incentive: based on individual KPIs
• Stay-On Incentive: Provided after 6 and 12 months
• Night Shift Allowance: $12 per night (for 12-hour shifts)
• Overtime: Optional (recommended 2 days per week)
