Job summary

HellermannTyton Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring a Production Operator for the 3rd shift (10:45 PM–7:00 AM) on a 1-year contract. You will perform product inspections, packaging, and keep the workspace clean following SOPs and quality requirements.

Responsibilities include checking packaging materials, PQC-inspections, visual and weight checks every two hours, and moving boxes to the pallet while maintaining 5S and safety standards.

Qualifications

• GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in basic English.
• Willingness to work permanent night shift hours.

Production Operator (3rd Shift) - 1-Year Contract

Working Hours: 3rd shift, 10:45 PM to 7:00 AM

Work Schedule: 5-Day Workweek, Monday to Friday

Job Summary:

The Production Operator is responsible for performing product inspections, quality checks, packaging activities, and maintaining workplace cleanliness in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Check that all packaging materials comply with the relevant Packing Instructions.

• Perform inspections according to the requirements stated in the PQC (Process Quality Control) form.

• Conduct visual checks on products every two hours to identify defects.

• Conduct weight checks on water, packs, and cartons every two hours.

• Perform packaging activities according to specifications and quality standards.

• Maintain workplace cleanliness and adhere to basic 5S requirements.

• Carry and move sealed carton boxes to the designated pallet assigned to the machine.

• Perform area cleaning as required.

• Other duties assign as & when required

Qualifications:

• GCE O-Level, or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Skills & Requirements:

• Able to read, write, and communicate in basic English.

• Capable of carrying carton boxes averaging 12 to 14 kg.

• Able to follow SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards.

• Good attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

• Good eyesight is required.

• No colour vision deficiency due to the nature of product inspection and quality control activities.

• Willing and able to work permanent night shift hours.

• Able to work in a production/manufacturing environment.
