As a Production Operator, you will play an essential role in manufacturing semiconductor devices using advanced precision equipment inside a cleanroom environment.

🔹 Job Responsibilities

You will be trained to perform various production tasks, including:

📌 Operations & Equipment Handling

• Operate production machines based on clear SOP guidelines
• Load, unload, and handle materials safely
• Follow strict material and lot handling SOPs
• Perform 12-hour operations comfortably in cleanroom attire (PPE provided)

📌 Material Movement & Logistics

• Delivery of materials using trolleys
• Pack/unpack materials into cartons
• Move metal carts and transfer items across production areas
• Bundle/unbundle parts, collect trays, and sort materials
• Assist with scrap material consolidation

📌 General Production Duties

• Count, sort, and locate items
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and safety standards
• Support smooth daily production flow

🔹 Requirements

• Preferably GCE N/O Level or SPM equivalent
• Able to understand, read, and speak basic English
• Physically fit to stand for long hours
• Able to carry loads up to 15kg
• Basic computer literacy
• Comfortable working in a 12-hour cleanroom environment
• Willing to commit to rotating shifts

🔹 Shift & Working Hours

• CWW Shift Schedule (4-Shift Rotation): 8CRA / 8CRB / 8CRC / 8CRD
• Shift Hours: 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am
• Timesheet: 12 hours per shift
