Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Singapore is looking for assembly operators to handle production drawings and quality inspection. Candidates should have at least one year of relevant experience and be willing to work both normal and night shifts. This role involves recording data and ensuring product quality in a dynamic environment.

Job description

Understand work instruction, follows production drawings and sample assemblies through Supervisor/Engineer guidelines, or receives verbal instruction regarding duties to be performed.

Records data required for statistical process control, production related reports and inventory management.

Track & record DHR data for Medical product.

Positions and aligns parts in specified relationships to each other in jig, fixture or holding devices.

Crimp, stakes, screws, bolts, rivets, solders, cements, press fits or performs similar operations to join or secure parts in place.

Adjust or trims materials from components to achieve specified electrical requirements or dimensional characteristics.

Inspects PCBA or Box Build assemblies for nonconforming defects.

Performs basic trouble shooting, touch up, rework, removal and placement, inspecting own work and the work of others following applicable work instructions and quality procedures.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in No.1 Kallang Place Singapore 339211.
• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• Able to work Normal shift (7am to 430pm Monday to Friday) and Night shift (11pm to 7am Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday).
