• Inspect PCBA or Box Build assemblies for defects.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand work instruction, follows production drawings and sample assemblies through Supervisor/Engineer guidelines, or receives verbal instruction regarding duties to be performed.
• Records data required for statistical process control, production related reports and inventory management.
• Track & record DHR data for Medical product.
• Empower worker trigger abnormality.
• Positions and aligns parts in specified relationships to each other in jig, fixture or holding devices.
• Crimp, stakes, screws, bolts, rivets, solders, cements, press fits or performs similar operations to join or secure parts in place.
• Adjust or trims materials from components to achieve specified electrical requirements or dimensional characteristics.
• Inspects PCBA or Box Build assemblies for nonconforming defects.
• Performs basic trouble shooting, touch up, rework, removal and placement, inspecting own work and the work of others following applicable work instructions and quality procedures.

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in No.1 Kallang Place Singapore 339211
• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• Able to work Normal shift (7am to 430pm Monday to Friday) and Night shift (11pm to 7am Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday).
