Job summary

A healthcare product manufacturer in Singapore is seeking an individual for Operational Work. Responsibilities include assembling, testing, and packaging products, along with handling materials. The ideal candidate should have skills in using electric screwdrivers and soldering, able to complete production records, and adapt to repetitive tasks. Experience in medical device manufacturing is preferred.

Job description

Operational Work

1. Assemble, test, and package products according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ensuring compliance with process standards; identify and handle non-conforming products in accordance with company procedures.
2. Perform loading, unloading, packing, and unpacking of materials and finished goods.
3. Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

1. Able to read and understand assembly and testing process documents; proficient in using electric screwdrivers, soldering irons, and skilled in cable soldering, component installation, and related tasks.
2. Capable of completing production records, test reports, and other relevant documentation.
3. Able to adapt to the production line pace and handle repetitive assembly and testing tasks.
4. Prior experience in medical device manufacturing is an advantage.

工作内容

1. 根据作业指导书（SOP）完成产品的组装、测试、包装，确保符合工艺标准，依据公司流程识别并处理不合格品
2. 执行物料/成品的装卸、打包及拆箱作业
3. 完成上级安排的其他临时性任务

任职要求

1. 能看懂装配和测试工艺文件，熟练使用电动螺丝刀、电烙铁工具，掌握线缆焊接、部件安装等技能。
2. 能完成生产记录、测试报告等文档填写
3. 适应产线节奏，能处理生产组装及测试的重复性工作
4. 有医疗器械生产经验优先
