Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support and optimise daily operations within our food manufacturing environment. The role involves coordinating resources, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and maintaining smooth production and warehouse processes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Allocate budgets, manpower, and resources effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs and food safety workflows.
  • Coordinate with contractors on machinery maintenance and building-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate warehouse inventory and stock reporting.
  • Work closely with the export team to plan import and export shipments.
  • Manage internal and external stock movement.
  • Perform additional duties and cross-functional tasks as assigned.
Work Hours & Industry
  • Work Hours: 5.5days
  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Food Manufacturing Industry / Food Processing Sector
Job Requirements
  • Strong organisational and planning skills. Good leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably with warehouse management exposure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
