1.Operational Excellence

• Production Oversight: Manage daily operations to consistently hit output targets and optimize throughput.
• Process Improvement: Monitor KPIs andperformance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement processenhancements.
• Resource Planning: Align with ProductionPlanning to streamline schedules and with Warehouse/Purchasingto ensure seamless material flow and logistics.

2. Quality & Compliance

• Standards Adherence: Partner with Quality Control to uphold rigorous product standards.
• F&B Safety: Ensure all processes comply with FSSC and ISO certifications and food safety protocols.

3. Maintenance & Team Leadership

• Asset Management: Collaborate with Maintenance to execute preventive strategies and minimize equipment downtime.
• People Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the production team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
