Ensure adherence to cycle times, material usage, and scrap/waste reduction KPIs.

  2. Monitor process parameters (temperature, pressure, curing time) to meet product.
Collaborate with QA/QC teams to resolve defects (e.g., flash, voids, dimensional inaccuracies).
Implement root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions (CAPA).

  3. Train and mentor technicians, operators, and engineers in transfer molding best practices.
Manage shift rotations, overtime, and manpower allocation.
Liaise with procurement for raw materials (e.g., thermosetting resins, silicone) and tooling maintenance.

  4. Drive Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma initiatives (e.g., 5S, OEE improvement).
Optimize mold changeover (SMED) and equipment uptime.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies/automation for productivity gains.

  5. Enforce OSHA/MOM safety standards for high-temperature and hydraulic machinery.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (if automotive), or customer-specific requirements.

Qualifications & Experience
