Our client is seeking a Production Manager to join their team!
About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing manufacturer serving the semiconductor, life sciences, medical, aerospace, and other industries. With operations in Singapore, Malaysia, and China, our client is committed to providing ultra-precision, complex mechatronics, and advanced materials solutions.

What you'll be doing?

Develop production schedules: Create and manage schedules to meet customer demands efficiently and minimize downtime.

Lead a production team: Guide, train, and motivate your team to foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Ensure quality assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to meet strict engineering standards and customer specifications.

Optimize processes: Identify and implement improvements using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Manage resources: Oversee the allocation and maintenance of machinery, tools, and materials to ensure optimal production efficiency.

Maintain safety compliance: Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Control budgets and costs: Manage production budgets, monitor costs, and implement cost‑saving initiatives without compromising quality or delivery timelines.

Collaborate cross‑functionally: Work with engineering, quality, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and timely product delivery.

Prepare reports: Present regular reports on production performance, KPIs, and improvement initiatives.
