Overview

Oversee and supervise molding process to ensure high quality products are made in a timely manner in Mexico plant

Organize the daily activities to ensure smooth operations

Provide appropriate training, as well as maintain and evaluate training records of production personnel

Ensure product quality and production efficiency by the close monitoring of production processes and implementing appropriate corrective actions (Form U, A, T)

Enforce correct and safe work practices and maintain good housekeeping at all times

Organize to meet customers deadline with process engineers and technicians

Initiate corrective actions and follow-up until resolved.

Make further improvement of the machine parameter setting and advice on the amendment of Operation Instructions (OI)

Stop production when product quality does not conform to specifications

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree with specialization in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering with strong automation and process optimization experiences
• At least 3 to 6 years of management experiences in production process (Plastic processing/injection molding added advantage)
• IT skills (MS Office)
• Independent and able to multi-task in fast paced environment
• Hired permanently as an employee in Singapore and willing to work in Mexico with expatriate package
