A prominent food manufacturer based in Singapore is seeking a Production Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee production line operations, ensuring effective and safe manufacturing of products. Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Singapore Workplace Safety Act (MOM) and Singapore Food Agency (SFA) regulations.
• Proficiency in FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and ISO 45001.
• Experience in food production management, inventory procurement, and production efficiency optimization.
• Significant relevant experience in food manufacturing, specifically in managing production teams.
• Relevant WSQ certifications in food and workplace safety are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all 4G production line operations to ensure products are manufactured effectively and safely.
• Estimate, negotiate and agree budgets and timescales with associated department managers.
• Monitor CCP/CP, weighing scales, and printers while coordinating with Engineering for preventive equipment maintenance.
• Maintain quality control standards and ensure all SOPs, WSH Risk Assessments, and training records are audit-ready.
• Manage monthly stock checks for raw materials and WIP products.
• Supervise line leaders to ensure smooth daily processes and provide necessary staff training and performance evaluations.

• Salary: Up to $5000
• Working Days/Hours: Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)
• Location: Boon Lay/Lakeside

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all 4G production line operations to ensure products are manufactured effectively and safely
• Estimate, negotiate and agree budgets and times scales with associated department managers, liaise with purchasing, marketing, sales staff.
• Monitor CCP/CP, weighing scales, and printers while coordinating with Engineering for preventive equipment maintenance.
• Maintain quality control standards and ensure all SOPs, WSH Risk Assessments, and training records are audit-ready.
• Manage monthly stock checks for raw materials and Work-in-Progress (WIP) products.
• Supervise line leaders to ensure smooth daily processes and provide necessary staff training and performance evaluations
