• Oversee all production related matters within the organization.
• Ensure optimum utilization of resources and manpower to achieve targets.
• Ensuring the quantity of finished goods meet the production schedule.
• Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programmes with Quality Assurance / Quality Control.
• Supervising, motivate and review performance of production workers.
• Comply with food hygiene & work safety guidelines.
• Maintaining and improvising the current inventory system.
• Ensure that daily, weekly and monthly production plans have enough labels, raw materials, packaging materials and other consumables.
• Maintains manufacturing procedures & specifications.
• Attend to all product quality, production manpower & technical issue.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned
