Job summary

Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责:
  • Responsible for all production matters. 负责生产部的整体事务.
  • Plan and forecast production schedule according to the orders and invoices, make reasonable arrangements for production and assign daily production tasks to Factory Manager. 根据业务订单及备货单制定和预测生产计划,合理安排生产,下达每日生产任务给厂长。
  • Supervise and coordinate the Standard Operations Procedures of production department. 监督、协调生产部的标准作业流程。
  • Enhance production progress through effective monitoring and flexible adjustment. Implement production schedules and improve productivity efficiently. 通过有效监督和灵活调整加强生产进度,有效实施生产计划并提高生产效率。
  • Establish the quality awareness and enterprise spirit. Oversee and improve quality issues during production processes. 加强员工品质意识和对员工企业理念的引导,监督并改善生产过程中的产品质量问题。
  • Monitor the right usage of equipment, ensure necessary maintenance and repairs for equipment. 监督正确使用设备,确保对设备进行保养和必要维修。
  • Responsible for the daily production, keep production area clean and safe. 负责生产的日常管理、生产现场及生产环境,做好安全文明生产。
  • Implement production identification, supervise and inspect the processes of implementation. 负责并实施生产标识,对执行过程采取有效监督与检查。
  • Responsible for production statistics and administrative matters. 负责生产统计及管理行政工作。
  • Control and plan the cost saving for production. 控制与降低生产成本。
  • Organize team leaders’ skills training, so that they can well manage the procedures of safe operation. 负责组织各组长的岗位技能培训,使之熟练掌握安全与工艺操作规程。
  • Keep company researched data as private and confidential, formulate and implement the regulations in each team. 对研发技术资料进行妥善管理和保密,制定和推行各组的规章制度。
  • Evaluate, train, reward and review all production employees. 对所有生产员工的考核、评估、培训及奖罚。
  • Any ad-hoc work as prescribed by the superior. 上级规定的其他临时工作。
  • Reporting to General Manager. 向副总经理报告。
JOB REQUIREMENTS 工作要求:
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, food manufacturing or related field. 食品科学、食品制造或相关专业大专或本科学历。
  • Min 5year(s) of working experience in related field. 5年以上相关工作经验。
  • Strong responsibility mindset. 强烈的责任感。
  • Ability to understand business objective and priorities. 能够理解业务目标和优先事项。
  • Strong communication skills, Negotiation & leadership Skill. 具备较强的沟通、谈判和领导能力。
