Job Title: Production Line Leader

Location: Tuas | 🕒 4-Day Work Week | Day or Night Shift Options

You’ll guide your team and keep the production floor.

• Coordinating manpower, scheduling, and daily workflow to meet targets
• Ensuring quality standards and delivery timelines are achieved
• Keeping accurate production and inventory records for smooth operations
• Monitoring safety, housekeeping, and compliance with pride
• Escalating and resolving issues swiftly to avoid downtime
• Coaching, mentoring, and training your teammates for success
• Partnering with Maintenance to minimize disruptions
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives that make a real impact
• Managing raw materials and ensuring stock accuracy

Who We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a hands-on, forward-thinking individual who:

• Understands manufacturing processes and applies solid technical judgment
• Has some leadership or team mentoring experience
• Thrives in structure but enjoys problem-solving and process improvement
• Is proficient with MS Office and SAP (or similar systems)
• Brings basic technical know-how to support troubleshooting

Work Schedule

• 🕒 12-hour shifts: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Day) | 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM (Night)
• 🗓 4 days on, 3 days off — only ~15 working days a month!
• ☕ 2 paid tea breaks + 1-hour lunch
• Optional overtime available

• 💰 Salary: $2,700 – $4,000/month (including OT & allowances)
• 🌙 Shift Allowance: Up to $15/day (Day) | Up to $25/day (Night)
• 🎁 Bonuses: 13th month + up to 2 months’ performance bonus
