Job description

• Packing and organizing stock (veneers, plywood, laminates, finished goods);

• Operating forklift machinery safely and efficiently (if licensed and required);

• Assisting in veneer selection, cutting, and joining according to specifications;

• Operating lamination machinery, including glue application and panel handling;

• Assisting with panel and veneer cutting and preparation;

• Performing quality checks at various stages of production as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area according to 5S principles;

• Strictly adhering to all company safety protocols and WSH guidelines;

• Actively participating in continuous improvement (Kaizen) activities, including team huddles and suggesting improvements;

• Following all company SOPs diligently;

• Other duties as assigned by the Director or designated supervisor.
