Key Responsibilities
Production Administrative Duties
  • Update daily attendance and production records, including output and downtime.
  • Record and monitor the return of goods to the company.
  • Prepare and process production-related documents (e.g., packing lists, material issue forms, customs declarations for shipments to the Malaysia plant).
  • Monitor material issuance and ensure proper documentation.
  • Assist the Production Executive during quarterly stock counts.
  • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
HR Administrative Support
  • Manage work permit applications, renewals and related documentation.
  • Coordinate safety orientation courses and maintain proper training records.
  • Liaise with workers on passport expiry and renewal matters.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as required.
Requirements
  • GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Detail oriented, good organizational, communication and multitasking skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
