They are looking for a seasoned Production Executive (Events) to join their team.
You will work closely with the team on the full journey of a project, from the initial concept to final execution. If you are ready to take on a role where no two days are the same, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Participate in project meetings with both our internal team and clients.
- Translate design visions into tangible décor and setups, while keeping a sharp eye on budgets and timelines.
- Create and manage all production documents, including design notes, site visit notes, floor plans, production schedules, call lists, transportation schedules, inventory requests, staffing plans, and other printed or digital materials used in production.
- Oversee the complete onsite setup, build, and teardown of events, ensuring all aspects of the venue, onsite vendors, and production work are executed flawlessly.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of schematic and technical drawings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, venues, and suppliers, to make every collaboration a success.
- Ensure that client expectations are not just met, but exceeded.
- Support the team and jump in to contribute wherever needed to ensure project success.
You are the ideal candidate if you possess
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in the MICE industry or a related field.
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills.
- Consistent, high‑quality, and timely production delivery.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- A solid understanding of basic materials and design, with experience in event design and execution being a significant advantage.
