Job description
Job summary
  • Assist Production Planner/Manager at all times.
  • Responsible for daily filing, photocopy, scanning of documents and administrative task.
  • Assist in production planning, assign production operator to relevant machine and its target quantity.
  • Assist in planning machine maintenance and preventive maintenance schedule.
  • Work with production supervisor to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of production floor.
  • Work cohesively with other departments on sales orders and advise ETA of finished products.
  • Update completed work order quantity into the system when applicable.
  • Ensure sufficient stock for finished product and no out of stock issue.
  • Assist in managing raw material inventory.
  • Assist in supervise and manage production team (training, leave approval, personal issues).
  • Assist in ISO audits and preparation.
  • Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current.
  • Any other area of responsibilities that the company deems necessary.
Competency requirements
  • Administrative experience.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central proficiency will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as other Microsoft applications.
  • Well organized, attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Communication skills.
  • Fluent in mandarin to speak with operators.
  • Able to understand basic fundamentals of machine operations and production workflow.
  • Able to adapt to changes quickly.
Working hours (5.25 work days)Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:45pm

Saturday: 8:30am - 2:30pm (1 shift every 4 weeks)
