1. Oversee the day-to-day production activities to ensure targets and KPIs are met
2. Coordinate with various departments such as planning, procurement, and quality control to optimize production workflows
3. Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost reduction
4. Implement and monitor production plans and schedules to meet customer demands
5. Troubleshoot production issues and work closely with the maintenance team to resolve them
6. Provide training and guidance to production team members to enhance their skills and productivity
7. Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
