Job summary

A leading engineering company in Singapore is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to oversee technical support processes. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Mechanical Engineering, at least one year of experience, and possess strong troubleshooting skills. This role requires working in a cleanroom environment and involves rotating shifts. Responsibilities include monitoring machine performance and coordinating with the production team for improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred.
• Required to work monthly rotating shifts (alternating between day and night shifts; 8:00 AM–5:30 PM or 8:00 PM–5:30 AM).
• Work in cleanroom environment (Required to wear cleanroom uniform).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily checks on machine performance and product/WIP quality.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and implement remedies.
• Report and document major product failures.
• Ensure timely preventive maintenance.
