Responsibilities:

Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by assisting in process development, tool design, cost analysis, quality qualifications, testing, and supply chain integration

Provide technical leadership for manufacturing processes involving cables, harnesses, electro-mechanical assemblies, inspections, and tooling

Apply expertise in electrical/electronic production and testing methodologies to ensure product quality and efficiency

Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines to ensure timely and profitable project/program completion

Collect data and prepare manufacturing documentation such as OMS, SOE, MI, drawings, and specifications

Perform assembly tasks and offer technical guidance to technicians and operators on the production floor
