Job summary

A recruitment company based in Singapore is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production operations. The candidate will ensure efficient workflows and maintain quality standards. A Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering is required, and candidates with no experience are welcome to apply. Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus. The role requires working 5.5 days a week, including alternate Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing production: Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflows, and meeting production targets.
• Quality and safety: Monitoring and enforcing quality control standards and safety regulations.
• Problem-solving: Conducting root cause analysis and troubleshooting issues in production and equipment.
• Team and process management: Training and supervising production operators, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Documentation and reporting: Maintaining production records, preparing reports, and documenting processes.
• Continuous improvement: Assisting with initiatives to optimize productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
• Candidate must be open for 5.5 Working Days (Alternate Saturdays in Pasir Ris)
• Candidates who have experience in production manufacturing for building producst and construction systems is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.
