Job summary
A leading engineering company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Mechanical / Electronic & Electrical Engineer to support operational and technical activities, manage process improvements, and lead a team. The ideal candidate should have a degree in engineering, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong leadership skills. This role involves maintaining equipment, developing SOPs, and ensuring compliance within a cleanroom environment.
Qualifications
- At least Degree in Mechanical / Electronic & Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of technical troubleshooting techniques.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for operational and technical activities.
- Machine & equipment maintenance / calibration.
- Conduct equipment and process qualifications as needed.
- Develop and establish SOPs and machine manuals.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with production teams on machine installation layouts.
- Plan, evaluate and execute technical projects.
- Implementation of industrial safety practice.
- Manage and supervise technical staff.

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance machine performance and reduce product rejection rates.

- Plan, evaluate and execute technical / engineering projects focusing on cost savings and productivity improvements.
- Implementation of industrial safety practice to ensure compliance.
- Manage and supervise technical staff; provide coaching and performance evaluation.
Job Requirements
