Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the manufacturing/precision engineering industry.
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of CNC Machining.
  • Familiar with failure analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., 5Why, Fishbone, etc).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of working in cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for implementing and optimizing production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Ensuring parts are produced efficiently and meet quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement production processes and workflow
  • Analyse production data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Optimize manufacturing efficiency while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
  • Collaborate with the project team during product development to ensure manufacturability
  • Investigate and troubleshoot process problems and equipment failures
  • Work with the Quality team to develop and maintain documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, and process control plans to resolve and improve in-process related plans
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles
  • Monitor equipment performance and work with the Project Manager to ensure reliable operations
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the manufacturing/ precision engineering industry
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of CNC Machining
  • Familiar with failure analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., 5Why, Fishbone, etc)
  • Possesses quality leadership skills to lead and supervise team members
  • Experience in lean manufacturing methods
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of working in cross-functional teams
  • Able to give construction advice based on their qualified experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Epicor software
