Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and development of new product collections, from concept to final production
• Manage design timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align design concepts with business objectives
• Provide creative direction to junior designers and external vendors
• Conduct market research to identify trends and ensure designs remain competitive

Requirements

• Education: Ideally a bachelor's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field. Candidates with strong relevant working experience but without a degree will also be considered.
• Ideally 5 years of experience in product design, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/leadership role
• Proven portfolio showcasing corporate gifts and porcelain design work
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant 3D software(s)
• Strong project management skills and detail-oriented
