- Coordinate department activities and projects to ensure quality and meet timelines.
 - Recommend and coordinate required changes based on process analysis.
 - Supervise staff in accordance to company policies and procedures.
 - Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals.
 - Responsible for staff scheduling including work assignments and training.
 - Conduct interviews, hire new operators, and provide orientation.
 - Establish employee goals and conduct performance reviews.
 - Coach and provide career development advice to staff.
