Qualifications

• Working knowledge of the Elastic stack for data ingestion and management.
• In-depth experience with Kafka or similar messaging software.
• Good working knowledge of Linux systems.
• Programming skills in Python, Ruby, or Java.
• Experience as a production support engineer.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production issues for the ARAMCHEK platform.
• Monitor and provide proactive support, including morning checks.
• Perform application maintenance and upgrades.
• Propose initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Produce and report dynamic data reports.

Skills

Elastic stack (Elasticsearch / Logstash / Kibana / Beats)

Kafka or similar messaging software

Linux (RedHat/Ubuntu)

Programming skills (Python or Ruby or Java)

Production support experience
