Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage production plans, monitor vendor processes, and ensure timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of planning principles. Knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding and ERP is a plus. This role offers a salary up to $3.2k and a structured working schedule from Mon to Fri, 8 am to 5 pm.

Job description

• Location: Ubi (Nearest MRT: Macpherson)
• Working hrs: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm
• Salary: Up to $3.2k + AWS + VB

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, control and implement production plans and schedules that align with company objectives.
• Monitor production and vendor processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet customer requirements and delivery dates.
• Coordinate directly with production teams or vendors to ensure product quality and delivery in meeting customer expectations.
• Analyze and monitor production data and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure timely delivery of items and follow up with production or vendors. Expediting production or vendors if necessary.
• Provide report on productions and status with highlighting any issues may affect timelines.
• Jobs are issuing production or vendors upon components readiness.
• Customer order fulfillment analyzing and reporting and communicate with interest parties of the order status.
• Collaborate and communicate with internal team, not limit to production, Store, Shipping, QA Customer Service and Sales timely in order meeting customer delivery date.
• Handle ad hoc & other tasks assigned by supervisor/manager.

Requirement

• Excellent communication, coordination, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Some knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of planning principles and procedures
• Some knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
• Some knowledge in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is an advantage.
